The simplest and most direct way to enroll is through your high school student credit union branch. Enrollment packets are available at the branches and can be returned to these branches or directly to a Boulder Valley CU branch.

STEP 3

Fill out the Required Forms

Required Forms:

• Membership Application
• Debit Card Agreement
• Credit Card Agreement
• You will need to include $5 minimum deposit in cash/check when opening
• You will need a Copy of your Student ID and Driver's License (if you have one)
• If you sign up for Student Credit Card, you will need a Copy of one of your Parent/Guardian Driver's License

STEP 4

Enclose in Envelope and Turn Into Student Branch or Boulder Valley CU Branch

Once you have completed the above and used the checklist to verify you have all required documents you should turn your packet into your high school student credit union staff during regular branch hours or to a Boulder Valley CU branch.
